We had the immense pleasure of participating in WordCamp Canada last weekend, from July 11 to 13, 2024, at the Infinity Convention Centre in Ottawa. This event was an unforgettable experience for the entire Findstr team! At our booth #02, we had the pleasure of meeting many WordPress enthusiasts, whether they were novices or experts. It was the perfect opportunity to share Findstr and explore how our tool can enhance the WordPress experience. Every conversation was a source of inspiration and allowed us to better understand the needs of the community.
Conference Highlights
Two sessions particularly stood out to our team during this event:
- Workshop on Creating API Endpoints by Christina Garofalo One of our developers highlighted the impact of this workshop: “As an integrator, I often hear my programmer colleagues talk about Endpoints, but I didn’t have an in-depth understanding of the topic. The workshop quickly helped me understand how to set up an Endpoint with the WordPress REST API and the role they can play!”
- Panel Discussion on Accessibility Another highlight was the panel discussion on accessibility, where various issues were addressed by participants from diverse backgrounds. Our team especially appreciated the diversity of perspectives and the innovative tools mentioned.
